The Great Recession may have dampened spirits, but it didn’t stop people from smiling.
A host of cosmetic procedures from teeth bleaching and tooth-colored fillings to implants and veneers have kept dental benefits popular and broadened coverage options, despite challenging economic times. The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry estimates this market at $2.75 billion.
