Conference workbook advertisement Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for eligibility. If eligible, your ad should be submitted as a high-resolution PDF file, print-ready (all crop marks removed) and scaled to the following specifications: 8.5" x 11" with a 1/4" bleed in margins. E-mail the ad to Crystal Smith or save it to a CD-ROM and overnight it to Crystal's's attention at: One State Street Plaza, 27th Fl., New York, NY 10004. |

Exhibitor Staff Registration
PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.
Hotel Accommodations
Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at the Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park at a special discounted rate of $199 (excluding taxes). To secure a room, contact the hotel's reservations department at (800) 526-2008 and request a room in the Conference room block ( Workplace Benefits Mania ). You may also reference group code: WORK0711. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date to receive the discounted group rate is July 5. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning July 1 at the above address. To avoid "AFTER DEADLINE" charges, materials must arrive by July 21 . Late charges will apply to shipments arriving after this date.
Due to limited storage facilities at the hotel, all materials should be shipped to Freeman's warehouse. If you have any concerns about shipping your materials to the warehouse, contact Crystal Smith.
