Message from the Conference Chair
It comes as no surprise that Employers and Benefit Brokers are facing unique challenges compounded by uncertainty around the subject of healthcare. Federal healthcare reform combined with a challenging economy and shifting market dynamics are having a disruptive effect on all parties.
There is a segment of the brokerage community that is embracing these changes seeing them as the biggest opportunity to gain new accounts and expand business since the creation of Premium Only Cafeteria Plans in the early ‘90s.
That will be the theme for Workplace Benefits Renaissance 2012 - helping brokers with the task of Managing Uncertainty and Creating Opportunity.
