6/3/2013	All eligible companies will be notified in a separate email with the AD Specifications guide.
6/17/2013	Staff Registration forms due - Our registration system does not allow multiple registrations at once. You must register each staff member individually. Please be sure to register your team prior to the deadline for proper printing in the Conference Show Guide.
6/28/2013	Freeman Warehouse Opens - Warehouse will begin accepting crated, boxed or skidded materials. Please note: Due to limited material handling services at the Aria Resort & Casino, all exhibitor freight should be sent to the Freeman warehouse.
7/9/2013	Freeman Discount Price Deadline - For the discount prices to be in effect, your order must be received by the Discount Deadline Date and payment must accompany your order. Orders received after the Discount Deadline Date or made at the Exhibitor Service Desk during the show will be billed at the “standard” prices listed on the various forms.
7/22/2013	Freeman warehouse shipping ends - Materials arriving after this date will be subject to an an additional after deadline charge.
