Exhibitor Staff Registration

Hotel Accommodations

Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at the Boca Raton Resort. To make your reservations call the Resort directly at (561) 447-3000 and ask for the Benefits Forum/SourceMedia room block. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date to receive the discounted group rate is August 27, 2010. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning Wednesday August 25, 2010 at the above address. To avoid "AFTER DEADLINE" charges, materials must arrive by September 17, 2010. Late charges will apply to shipments arriving after this date.
