Employers invest a substantial amount of time and budget resources on employee benefit programs. One of the keys to making a program successful is “employee engagement” but many benefits just aren’t used that often. One method employer’s are using to improve employee engagement is to offer the following three non-insurance, high usage benefits: Legal plans & identify theft, pet insurance, and employee purchase programs.
